Peter's knowledge of Licensing and Gambling law is recognised throughout the country and he is an acknowledged expert in 'Legal Experts' in this specialist area. He conducts training sessions throughout the country on the Gambling Act 2005 and the Licensing Act 2003 for local Licensing Committees, Officers, professional groups and companies within the leisure industry.

He specialises in all types of alcohol, entertainment and gambling licensing, acting in applications for premises licenses, transfers, variations, appeals and reviews.

Peter has a range of clients including pubs, theatres, and restaurants and is well known throughout the country advising members/social and commercial clubs including the National Police Clubs Forum, the Alliance of British Clubs and local groupings. He also has a large client base in the area of late night refreshment dealing with restaurants and take-aways.
